Bernd Holthaus has been with Intel for more than 17 years and has held a wide variety of positions in HR during this time - first as a recruiter and soon as a regional HR manager. During this time, he was responsible for critical projects on acquisitions, integrations, restructurings and transformations, both in a local and international context. From September 2019 to July 2022, Bernd Holthaus has held the role of HR Director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. Since July 2022, Bernd Holthaus has been appointed HR Director for the Magdeburg site. In this role, he has full responsibility for the set-up and execution of all HR-related workflows and programmes, such as talent acquisition, onboarding and integration, total rewards, training, development as well as the future topics of co-determination through and with works councils. Bernd Holthaus is a trainer for various leadership trainings as well as a sought-after mentor, a coach for all employees and managers.
