Mathias Winde is head of the Science Action Field at the Stifterverband and programme manager for "Future Skills and Higher Education Policy" in the Berlin office. His areas of expertise include future skills and digital competencies, leadership and governance of higher education institutions, and higher education funding. Among other things, he is a member of the "University Business Working Group" of the BDA, BDI and HRK. Previously, he worked as a researcher in the areas of education, science and innovation at the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln and IW Consult. He completed his doctorate on the topic of language in politics at the University of Cologne.
