Fiona Liebehenz

Vice President International Key Account eCommerce - Bosch Power Tools

Fiona Liebehenz has always been motivated to actively shape the future and make a difference. She has been doing this for over 15 years in the consumer goods industry, on the industrial and retail side, with leadership responsibility in general management, strategy, purchasing, marketing and sales.

She is currently Vice President International Key Account eCommerce at Bosch Power Tools, responsible for the online pure player strategy for the professional business as well as the largest e-commerce customer in Europe and Asia Pacific. Previously, Liebehenz held various leadership positions at the retail and technology company Amazon, including responsibility for supplier management, cross-functional B2B and B2C development projects, and training and implementation of a global AI-based automation program.

With a degree in business psychology and business administration, she started her career at Unilever, one of the world's largest consumer goods manufacturers, where her enthusiasm for strategy, the holistic thinking of the sales and marketing function, and innovation was ignited - and she was one of the first to address the topics of digitalization and e-commerce.

Her motto: "If you can dream it, you can do it" - always with the goal of shaping progress that creates value and meaning and for which diversity and people are essential factors.
